Pi Delta Sigma is a student-led journalism and media society founded in 2024 with a simple purpose: to build better storytellers. From day one, the organization has focused on strengthening reporting skills, sharpening ethical judgment, and preparing students to serve their communities through clear, responsible communication.
At its core, Pi Delta Sigma exists to support student media and the people who power it. Whether members are writing for a campus newspaper, producing video packages, designing layouts, managing social media, hosting radio segments or covering live events, PDS provides structure, mentorship and standards that push their work to a higher level. The organization promotes accuracy, fairness, accountability, and courage in reporting—principles that matter on a college campus and far beyond it.
